How can I start to create a survey?
To start creating your survey we recommend you follow these steps. They will guide you through the process of drawing up the survey up
to the analysis of results.
- Register as a user in JetSurvey: To do so, click on the "Register" button. Specify your user name and password and you will access your user area directly.
- Draw up your survey: Start creating your survey from a blank
template. To do so click on the "Create your survey" button. Choose a name
for your survey, introduce the questions, edit the question texts and change
their position in the questionnaire.
- Publish your survey: Once your survey is completed, the next
step is to publish it. You may choose among two forms of publication:
through a link in a web page o by e-mail. Choose the form of publication which
best suits you and start receiving data as soon as you publish your
survey.
- Analyze your results: Analyze all the information received through the different types of reports.
Can I edit my survey after publishing it?
Once your survey is published the data collection phase is active, so it is not possible to edit the survey until it is closed.
Can I see how the survey will look like before sending it to the respondents?
Yes, you can preview the questionnaire at any time, just as respondents will see it. You may continue with the publication process or make the necessary
edits.
